Location: Sheffield (S5, S9)
Salary: Up to £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-Day / Long-Term, Part-Time / Full-Time

GSL Education are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Art Teacher to inspire students across schools in Sheffield (S5, S9). This is a fantastic opportunity for those who is passionate about creativity, self-expression, and developing students’ artistic skills.

What to Expect in This Art Teacher Role:

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring art lessons across a range of year groups.
  • Plan and prepare creative activities using a variety of artistic techniques and materials.
  • Encourage students to explore their creativity and develop their confidence.
  • Maintain a positive, safe, and well-organised classroom environment.
  • Assess student progress and work collaboratively with colleagues to support achievement.

Requirements for This Art Teacher Role:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience teaching art is desirable.
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to inspire creativity and motivate students of all abilities.
  • A positive, proactive, and professional approach to teaching.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
