Job Title: MFL (Modern Foreign Languages) Teacher
Location: Barnsley (S70, S71)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are looking for a dedicated MFL Teacher to join schools across Barnsley, covering the S70 and S71 areas, delivering engaging lessons that inspire a positive attitude towards language learning.
As an MFL (Modern Foreign Languages) Teacher, you will help students develop their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills while promoting cultural awareness and curiosity about different countries and traditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in one or more modern foreign languages.
- Support learners in building confidence with vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation.
- Use creative teaching strategies to motivate students of mixed abilities.
- Provide clear feedback to support progress and improvement.
- Maintain a well-structured and respectful classroom environment.
- Monitor pupil progress and keep accurate assessment records.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge and confidence teaching as an MFL Teacher.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A commitment to inclusive learning and student development.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
