Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – North West London

Location: North West London (Harrow, Brent, Barnet, Ealing, Hillingdon, Wembley)
Salary: £100–£110 per day (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Day-to-day/ Long term, Full-Time / Part-time
Start Date: Immediate

Are you a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in education or SEN before progressing into teaching, psychology, therapy, or social work?

GSL Education are recruiting Graduate SEN Teaching Assistants to work in specialist SEN schools and inclusive mainstream settings across North West London. This is an excellent opportunity to build practical experience supporting children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.

About the Role:

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups
• Assist students with learning, behaviour, and emotional regulation
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
• Gain valuable experience with EHCPs, SEN strategies, and behaviour plans
• Develop key skills for future careers in education or mental health

• Sports Science or related degrees

No previous school experience is required. Full training and support will be provided.

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
