Job Title: Science Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S5, S9)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are delighted to be recruiting a motivated Science Teacher to join schools throughout Sheffield, particularly within the S5 and S9 areas, delivering engaging lessons that spark students’ interest in scientific concepts.
As a Science Teacher, you will create structured lessons that encourage experimentation, critical thinking, and problem-solving while supporting learners of all abilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging science lessons across key topics.
- Support students in developing practical skills and conceptual understanding.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance student progress.
- Maintain a positive and focused classroom environment.
- Monitor pupil achievement and keep accurate assessment records.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge and experience as a Science Teacher.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
