Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £460 – £650 per week
Contract Type: Full time, long-term / Day-to-day
Start Date: Immediately

About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes when teachers are absent, ensuring students stay on task and engaged with their learning. You will play a vital role in maintaining classroom standards and supporting the smooth running of school life.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes following lesson plans provided by teachers.
- Ensure students remain engaged, on task, and behave appropriately.
- Maintain high classroom standards in the absence of teaching staff.
- Record and report on student behaviour, engagement, and any incidents.
- Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SEN coordinators, and other school staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in schools or classroom supervision preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage behaviour effectively and maintain focus in the classroom.
- Professional, reliable, and confident approach.
- Adaptable and comfortable working with groups of students.
