Are you a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant looking to join a warm and welcoming early years setting?
GSL Education are working closely with a lovely nursery in Chelmsford who are seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant to support children in their early development.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to learn through play, exploration, and positive relationships.
The Role:

Supporting children aged 0–5 with their learning, play, and daily routines.

Assisting with activities that promote early development, language, and social skills.

Creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment indoors and outdoors.

Supporting children with personal care, mealtimes, and rest periods where required.

Working as part of a friendly team to deliver high-quality childcare.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.

A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.

Ability to work well as part of a team.

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable, but not essential for the right candidate.

A genuine passion for supporting children in their early years.
