Are you an Art Teacher looking to instill the love of visual expression in young minds?
GSL Education are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Art Teacher to join schools in Doncaster (DN2, DN6) from January 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Art Teacher who loves inspiring students through practical and imaginative lessons. Positions are available on both day-to-day supply and longer-term placements, giving flexibility and consistent work.

Position: Art Teacher
Location: Doncaster (DN2, DN6)
Pay: Up to £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start date: January 2026
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time
What the role as an Art Teacher involves:
- Delivering engaging and innovative Art lessons across a range of abilities
- Encouraging creativity, self-expression, and skill development in students
- Maintaining a safe, organised, and welcoming learning environment
- Assessing progress and providing constructive feedback to learners expected of an Art Teacher
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Have experience teaching Art to students of different ages
- Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service, or be willing to apply through GSL Education
