Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Sheffield
Pay: £460–£600 per week
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term / Day - to - day

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will help support learning in the classroom, assist with behaviour management, and contribute to a positive learning environment. This role is ideal for anyone looking to make a meaningful impact on students’ education.

Responsibilities:

  • Work 1:1 or in small groups to provide academic and emotional support

  • Assist with classroom management and pupil engagement

  • Contribute to individual learning plans and monitor progress

  • Build positive relationships with pupils to foster confidence and independence

  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals is desirable but not essential

  • Strong communication, patience, and organisational skills

  • A genuine interest in education and child development

  • An up-to-date CV and enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or willingness to apply)
