Pay: £460–£600 per week

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Work 1:1 or in small groups to provide academic and emotional support

Assist with classroom management and pupil engagement

Contribute to individual learning plans and monitor progress

Build positive relationships with pupils to foster confidence and independence

Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
Qualifications:

Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals is desirable but not essential

Strong communication, patience, and organisational skills

A genuine interest in education and child development

An up-to-date CV and enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or willingness to apply)
