A secondary school in Manchester is seeking a QTS Geography Teacher to join their Humanities department. Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher who can deliver engaging Geography lessons and support positive outcomes for students?
Teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4. Both experienced teachers and ECTs are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4 in line with the national curriculum

Plan, prepare, and assess students’ work

Manage classroom behaviour effectively

Track student progress and provide constructive feedback

Work collaboratively with school staff and departments

Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times
Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
-
Strong subject knowledge in Geography

Experience teaching Geography at secondary level (desirable but not essential)

Ability to engage and motivate students

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
