Location: Redbridge
Salary: £90–£110 per day
Contract: Full-time, Long-term
Start Date: Immediate (Jan)

We’re working with a school that supporiting a puppil complex needs. They’re looking for a compassionate, resilient SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team full-time.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll make a real difference every single day.
Your day-to-day will include:

Supporting children with complex learning

Creating a safe, nurturing, and sensory-rich environment
You’ll need to bring:

Resilience, adaptability, and a calm, caring approach

A willingness to get involved and learn new skills

Some experience supporting SEND, care work, or relevant personal experience
Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
