Job Title: Maths Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S11)
Pay rate: Upto £ 1100 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate/ January 2026
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are seeking a committed Maths Teacher to work in Sheffield schools, guiding learners in the S11 postcode area to strengthen their mathematical skills and self-assurance.
As a Mathematics Teacher, you will deliver focused lessons that build problem-solving ability, logical thinking, and a positive approach to mathematics. You will play a key role in driving academic progress and inspiring students to achieve their full potential.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging maths lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Support students in developing numeracy, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Encourage participation and maintain high expectations of behaviour and effort.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student outcomes.
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) with relevant experience as a Maths Teacher.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to differentiate effectively.
- Clear communication and confident classroom management skills.
- A professional, reflective approach to teaching and learning.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
