Job Title: PE (Physical Education) Teacher
Location: Doncaster (DN2, DN6)
Pay rate: Upto £1100 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate/January 2026 start
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are recruiting an enthusiastic PE Teacher to join schools in the DN2 and DN6 areas. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys encouraging pupils to stay active, build teamwork skills, and develop a love for physical education.
As a PE Teacher, you will deliver dynamic lessons across sports and activities, promoting healthy lifestyles, confidence, and inspiring students to achieve their personal best through structured, curriculum‑aligned sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver well-prepared PE lessons that cater to all abilities.
- Encourage participation, teamwork, and fair play.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a safe and organised environment during lessons and activities.
- Support extracurricular sports clubs and events when required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the wider PE programme.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience delivering PE lessons within a school setting.
- Strong subject knowledge and confidence as a PE Teacher.
- Excellent communication and behaviour-management skills.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student well-being.
