Job Title: Computer Science (CS) Teacher
Location: Doncaster (DN2, DN6)
Pay rate: Upto £1100 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate/January 2026 start
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are inviting applications for a knowledgeable Computer Science (CS) Teacher to inspire learners across the Doncaster areas of DN2 and DN6, delivering engaging lessons that spark curiosity in computing.
As a Computer Science Teacher, you will teach programming, algorithms, networks, and digital literacy, helping students build problem‑solving skills and confidence with technology through structured, purposeful lessons aligned to curriculum expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Teach computing topics across relevant year groups using well-planned, engaging lessons.
- Introduce students to coding, software concepts, and online safety.
- Provide constructive feedback to help pupils progress in both theory and practical tasks.
- Use effective behaviour management strategies to promote a focused learning environment.
- Keep accurate records of student achievement and contribute to department planning.
- Stay updated with developments in the computing curriculum.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge and confidence delivering as a Computer Science Teacher.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to break down complex information.
- A supportive and professional approach to working with learners of varying abilities.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student well-being.
