Job Title: Science Teacher
Location: Doncaster (DN2, DN6)
Pay rate: Upto £1100 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate/January 2026 start
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are recruiting dedicated Science Teacher to inspire curiosity and enthusiasm in classrooms across Doncaster. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on guiding students through practical investigations, theory-based learning, and real-world scientific concepts.
As a Science Teacher, you will deliver structured lessons, support pupils with key subject knowledge, and help them build confidence in scientific thinking. You will work alongside school staff to ensure lessons run smoothly and meet the needs of all learners.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver well-prepared lessons across biology, chemistry, and physics topics.
- Support students in developing practical skills and scientific understanding.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to help learners move forward.
- Use consistent behaviour management approaches to maintain a positive environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum delivery.
- Monitor progress and complete accurate assessment records.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge and confidence working as a Science Teacher.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A commitment to helping learners of all abilities succeed.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- A responsible approach to safeguarding and school procedures.
