Salary: £460 - £650 per week
Contract Type: Full time, long-term / Day-to-day

About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in supervising classes when teachers are absent, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining a positive classroom environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in students’ educational experience.
Responsibilities:

Supervise classes in the absence of teaching staff, maintaining discipline and order.

Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and activities as directed by teachers.

Support students’ learning and engagement, ensuring they remain on task.

Collaborate with teaching and support staff to maintain a consistent learning environment.

Maintain accurate records of student behaviour and progress during lessons.

Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in a school setting or supporting classroom learning is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage behaviour effectively and maintain classroom discipline.

Reliable, proactive, and adaptable to different classroom needs.
