Salary: £460 - £600 per week

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting classroom learning, providing tailored assistance to students, and helping maintain a positive and structured learning environment. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students.
Responsibilities:

Support teachers in delivering lessons and activities that meet students’ individual needs.

Assist students with learning tasks, ensuring engagement and understanding.

Provide emotional and behavioural support to students as needed.

Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement personalised learning plans.

Maintain accurate records of student progress and activities.

Support students with personal care and daily routines when required.
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt to the needs of diverse learners.

Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting students.
