Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Salary: £460 - £600 per week
Contract Type: Full time, long-term / Day-to-day

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting classroom learning, providing tailored assistance to students, and helping maintain a positive and structured learning environment. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students.

Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in delivering lessons and activities that meet students’ individual needs.

  • Assist students with learning tasks, ensuring engagement and understanding.

  • Provide emotional and behavioural support to students as needed.

  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement personalised learning plans.

  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and activities.

  • Support students with personal care and daily routines when required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to adapt to the needs of diverse learners.

  • Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting students.
