Pay Rate: M1 to UPS3 (depending on experience)

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher of PE to join a welcoming school in Hull. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident practitioner who can deliver engaging PE lessons, promote healthy lifestyles, and encourage students to build resilience and teamwork skills.
As a PE Teacher, you will be expected to:
- Plan and deliver dynamic PE lessons across Key Stages.
- Teach a range of sports and physical activities, fostering participation and enjoyment.
- Monitor progress, provide feedback, and support students’ individual development.
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment indoors and outdoors.
- Contribute to extracurricular clubs, teams, and sports events.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold high standards of teaching and learning.
The ideal candidate of PE Teacher will:
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Have experience teaching PE in a school setting.
- Demonstrate strong behaviour management and communication skills.
- Be proactive, energetic, and passionate about student well-being and achievement.
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- A detailed CV covering the last 10 years, with gaps clearly explained.
