GSL Education are recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across schools in Dibden Purlieu. You’ll step into classrooms, keep lessons on track, and support students with their learning. Whether you want occasional work or a full-time schedule, we’ve got options to suit you.
What You’ll Do as Cover Supervisor (CS)
- Deliver lessons using plans provided by teachers.
- Maintain a positive and focused classroom environment.
- Support students with their work and encourage engagement.
- Manage behaviour effectively and keep learning on track.
What We’re Looking in Cover Supervisor (CS)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A genuine interest in education – perfect for aspiring teachers.
- Previous experience with young people is helpful but not essential.
- Flexibility to choose the days you work (up to 5 days per week available).
