Exciting Opportunity: Full-Time Cover Supervisor – Southampton, Hampshire

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for education and looking to gain valuable classroom experience?

GSL Education are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across schools in Southampton. Starting ASAP, this flexible role offers the chance to support students’ learning while developing your own skills in a dynamic school environment.

Your responsibilities as Cover Supervisor (CS) will include:

  • Supervising classes during teacher absences and ensuring a productive learning environment.
  • Supporting students with their work and encouraging positive behaviour.
  • Collaborating with school staff to uphold high standards of education and conduct.
  • Choosing your own working days – with up to 5 days per week available.
