About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support students across the classroom and in small groups, helping to boost confidence, engagement and understanding. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive learning environment and supporting pupils in both academic and social development.
Responsibilities:

Support class teachers with the delivery of lessons and classroom activities.

Provide 1:1 and small group support to students who need extra help.

Assist with behaviour management and help promote positive conduct.

Encourage student participation, engagement and confidence in learning.

Support students with SEN or additional needs where required.

Help prepare learning resources and maintain an organised classroom environment.

Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting is preferred.

A good understanding of classroom support and child development.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
A patient, reliable and proactive attitude.
-
Ability to build positive relationships with both students and staff.
