Pay Rate: Up to £110 per day

Are you passionate about inspiring young people through sport and physical activity? An exciting opportunity has arisen at a local school in Sheffield, who are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sports Coach to join their team and make a positive impact on student engagement and wellbeing.

About the Role:
As a Sports Coach, you will work closely with pupils to deliver high-quality PE sessions and structured activities, both in lessons and during enrichment periods. This role provides a great opportunity to support students’ physical development, teamwork skills and personal confidence, particularly for those who benefit from a more active and practical learning approach.
Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging PE and sports sessions across a range of age groups.

Support students’ physical, social and emotional development through sport.

Encourage positive behaviour, teamwork and participation.

Support pupils who may struggle with classroom-based learning by using sport as an engagement tool.

Assist with extracurricular sports clubs and activities.

Set up and manage sports equipment and ensure safe use of facilities.

Monitor and report on student participation and progress where needed.
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience working as a Sports Coach or in a similar role within a school or youth setting.

A strong passion for sport and youth development.

Excellent communication and motivational skills.

Ability to engage and inspire students of varying needs and abilities.

A positive, energetic and approachable attitude.
