About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering planned lessons, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and ensuring continuity in students' learning. Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
- Maintain an orderly, focused, and supportive learning environment.
- Follow lesson plans provided by the school and adapt where necessary.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and in line with school policies.
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Complete any essential marking and reporting as required.
Supply Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in schools within the UK.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching to different subjects and year groups.
- A valid enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply through GSL.
