Salary: £80 - £100 per day

Working Hours: 08:30 am to 04:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

Autism Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
· Provide 1:1 support to ASD children, assisting with their learning and development.
· Implement individualized strategies and interventions to support children with varying levels of ASD.
· Must be able to support with Nappy Changing
· Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where all children feel valued and supported.
· Collaborate closely with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with autism
· Foster positive relationships with students, helping them to build confidence, self-esteem, and independence.
· Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents/carers
Autism Teaching Assistant Requirements:
· Experience working with Autism/SEND children in an educational setting.
· Proactive and flexible approach to meeting the diverse needs of students.
· Resilient personality to handle challenges and setbacks with grace.
· Commitment to the role and the well-being of every child.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
· Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards supporting the unique needs of students with Autism
