Are you a passionate and dedicated PGCE Qualified English Teacher looking for a rewarding long-term opportunity? We are seeking an enthusiastic, QTS-qualified English specialist to join a vibrant and supportive secondary school in Manchester. This is a full-time position teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 classes, starting as soon as possible.
About the Role:

Deliver engaging and challenging English lessons across KS3 and KS4

Plan, prepare and assess high-quality teaching and learning

Support pupils of varying abilities and help them achieve their full potential

Contribute to the wider school community and department initiatives

Work collaboratively with a committed and experienced English department
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) PGCE – essential

Strong subject knowledge in English literature and language

Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 in a secondary school setting

Ability to inspire, motivate and engage students

Excellent classroom management and communication skills
