A friendly and forward-thinking primary school in Harlow is looking for a committed KS1 Teacher to join their team. This role is ideal for a passionate teacher who loves creating engaging, inclusive lessons and building strong relationships with young learners.
About the Role
You will be teaching a well-behaved and enthusiastic KS1 class, supported by a welcoming leadership team and dedicated support staff. The school prides itself on its warm community feel, strong values, and commitment to every child’s progress and wellbeing.
Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge pupils

Creating a positive, nurturing classroom environment

Supporting children of varying abilities, including those with SEN

Tracking progress and providing clear feedback

Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff

Contributing to the wider school community and maintaining high expectations
What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential

Strong knowledge of KS1 curriculum

A creative, proactive, and enthusiastic teaching approach

Ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families

Commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
