  • Providing one-to-one and small group support inside and outside the classroom

  • Helping adapt learning activities to suit individual needs

  • Encouraging positive behaviour, independence, and confidence

  • Working alongside teaching staff, the SENCO, and parents to track progress

  • Creating a calm, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience supporting children with SEN (school-based or similar setting)

  • A patient, calm, and adaptable approach to learning support

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A genuine desire to help children achieve their full potential

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

  • CACHE Level 2/3 or similar qualification is helpful, but not essential

Why Join GSL Education?

  • A consultant who gets to know you and supports you throughout your role

  • Competitive, fair rates of pay - fortnightly pay

  • Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development

  • Long-term stability within a friendly and supportive school

  • A team that values the positive impact you make every day

Interested?

If you’re ready to make a meaningful difference and support pupils with additional needs in a warm and welcoming primary school, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
