Pay Rate: £100 – £130 per day

Are you a motivated Psychology Graduate interested in behaviour, mental health, or SEN support? This exciting opportunity in Colchester is ideal for someone who eager to gain meaningful school-based experience.
This position is perfect for a Psychology Graduate looking to progress into teaching, educational psychology, or future Cover Supervisor roles. As a Psychology Graduate, you will collaborate with SEN staff, pastoral teams, and classroom teachers to deliver tailored interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, or anxiety
• Deliver behaviour mentoring and emotional-support activities
• Assist classroom teachers with lesson support
• Monitor and record pupil progress
• Promote positive routines and resilience
Ideal Candidate:
• Empathetic Psychology Graduate with a genuine passion for SEN
• Interest in long-term careers in education
• Calm, patient, and consistent
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
