Business Studies Teacher
Location: Canterbury, Kent
Salary: £120 - £250 per day (depending on experience)
Start date: January 2026
Contract: Full-time, Long-term

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join a large, successful mixed comprehensive school located in Canterbury. The selected Business Studies Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5, inspiring students to develop their business acumen and commercial awareness.

As a Business Studies Teacher, you will be expected to:
- Plan and deliver engaging and relevant Business Studies lessons to pupils across Key Stages 4 and 5.
- Inspire students to understand business concepts, entrepreneurship, and economic principles.
- Prepare students thoroughly for GCSE and A-Level/Vocational Business qualifications.
- Use real-world business examples and case studies to bring the subject to life.
- Contribute to the development of the Business Studies curriculum and departmental resources.
In order to be considered for this Business Studies Teacher role, the candidate must:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a relevant specialism.
- Have experience teaching Business Studies at secondary school level.
- Have a strong knowledge of the current Business Studies curriculum and assessment requirements.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
