Residential Support Worker
Location: Ashford
Pay Rate: £13.68 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm
Start Date: One Week
Days: Monday to Thursday
Hours: 13:00 – 23:00
Requirement: You must drive – this is essential and non-negotiable.

About the Residential Support Worker Role
This temp-to-perm Residential Support Worker position is ideal for someone who wants a rewarding and meaningful role supporting young people in a residential environment. You will work within a committed team to ensure that each young person receives exceptional care, guidance and consistency throughout the day and evening.

Residential Support Worker Requirements

A full UK driving licence – essential

Experience supporting children or young people (residential care, SEN, youth work or similar)

Strong communication skills, resilience and a nurturing nature

Ability to commit to the set working pattern (Mon–Thu, 13:00–23:00)
