About the Role
We are seeking an experienced EYFS Class Teacher to lead learning for our youngest pupils. The role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons, supporting social and emotional development, and fostering independence and confidence in children. Your work will directly contribute to early learning outcomes, pupil wellbeing, and positive classroom culture.
Responsibilities

Plan and deliver curriculum-aligned EYFS lessons that support learning and development.

Monitor pupil progress and implement targeted interventions where necessary.

Support pupils with SEN and additional learning needs through differentiated activities.

Promote positive behaviour management and safe classroom practices.

Maintain accurate records of pupil development and share updates with colleagues and parents.

Encourage social, emotional, and independence skills in all pupils.

Support personal care routines where appropriate.

Contribute to school events, assemblies, and enrichment activities.
Qualifications

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.

Experience teaching EYFS pupils, including those with SEN or additional needs.

Strong understanding of early years pedagogy, play-based learning, and assessment strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals.
