Your Day as an ASC TA Might Include:

Supporting pupils with Autism through calm, structured 1:1 or small group sessions

Assisting with sensory strategies and personalised learning routines

Encouraging emotional regulation, confidence, and social skills

Working closely with teachers and SEN specialists to adapt lessons

Creating a predictable, nurturing environment where children feel safe and valued
Your role as an ASC TA will directly contribute to children’s long-term academic and personal development.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

Have experience supporting children with Autism or SEN (highly desirable)

Can stay calm, patient, and supportive in challenging situations

Hold an Enhanced DBS on the update service (or are willing to obtain one)
