Modern Foreign Languages Teacher
Location: Scarborough, North Yorkshire
Start Date: January 2026
Salary: MPS/UPS; £32,916 - £51,048 per annum
Contract Type: Full-Time
GSL Education are currently seeking qualified and experienced Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join our Client Secondary school in Scarborough, North Yorkshire.

MFL Teacher Requirements:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related subject.
- Experience working with SEN students is highly desirable.
- Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Have an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
MFL Teacher Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons in Modern Foreign Languages.
- Inspire and engage students in their language learning journey.
- Monitor progress and provide effective feedback.
- Create an inclusive classroom environment.
- Contribute to departmental planning, enrichment activities, and whole-school initiatives.
