Learning Support Assistants – Essex
Pay Rate: £90–£110 per day
Start Date: Immediately

GSL Education are currently recruiting dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across a range of secondary schools throughout Essex.
We’re looking for compassionate, reliable, and proactive individuals who can make a real difference in the classroom. Experience supporting students with SEN or SEMH needs is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will:
✅ Have previous experience working with children or young people (school or care setting)
✅ Be patient, understanding, and able to build positive relationships
✅ Have a genuine passion for supporting learning and development
✅ Be available for an immediate start
