Job Title: Engineering Instructor
Location: Hull
Salary: £28,000–£35,000 per annum (Depending on Qualifications and Experience)
Start Date: January 2026
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

In this exciting role, you’ll inspire learners to develop hands-on technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a creative approach to modern engineering practices. From practical workshops to classroom-based theory, you’ll help bridge the gap between imagination and innovation.
Engineering Instructor Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and practical engineering lessons that spark curiosity and critical thinking.
- Guiding learners through technical processes and safety procedures with confidence and clarity.
- Supporting learners in achieving qualifications and developing employability-ready skills.
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
Engineering Instructor Requirements:
- A qualification or background in Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring (formal or informal).
- Strong communication, organisation, and technical skills.
- A genuine passion for education and helping others succeed.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
