Job Title: Computer Studies Teacher
Location: Sheffield
Payrate: £155 - £220 per day
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term | Full-time / Part-time

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated Computer Studies Teacher to work across Secondary Schools in Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire curiosity, problem-solving, and creativity in young learners through computing and IT.

Job Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging Computer Studies lessons across KS3–KS5.
• Teach programming, digital literacy, and IT concepts in a clear and practical way.
• Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and safe use of technology.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Computing curriculum and resources.

Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE in Computer Science, IT, or a related subject.
• Experience teaching Computing or Computer Studies in Secondary Schools preferred.
• Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
