Cover Supervisor
Location: Worksop
Salary: £95 – £120 per day
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time
Are you confident, organised, and passionate about supporting students’ learning? GSL Education are seeking proactive Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Worksop. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced education professionals looking to gain hands-on classroom experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
- Maintain a positive and focused learning environment.
- Support students with their learning and behaviour management.
- Follow school policies and ensure smooth classroom operation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a school or youth setting is desirable.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- A valid Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
