Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (TA)
Location: Angmering
Pay Rate: £90 – £95 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term | Full-time / Part-time

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join an inclusive and supportive school in Angmering. This is a rewarding opportunity to help pupils overcome learning challenges, build confidence, and reach their full potential.
As a SEN TA, you will:
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils with SEN.
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and adapting resources to meet individual learning needs.
- Help create a structured, safe, and nurturing learning environment.
- Support pupils in developing academic skills, independence, and confidence.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff to inform future support.
Requirements for the SEN Teaching Assistant role:
- Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN, additional learning needs, or behavioural challenges (preferred).
- A calm, patient, and compassionate approach to working with pupils.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively under teacher guidance.
- An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- A full CV covering the last 10 years, with explanations for any gaps.
