Job Title: Primary Teaching Assistant (TA)
Location: Doncaster
Pay Rate: £85 - £110 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, interactive lessons.
- Assist pupils with literacy, numeracy, and other curriculum activities.
- Provide 1:1 or small-group support to children who need extra encouragement.
- Encourage positivity, curiosity, and confidence in every learner.
- Help create a nurturing, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor pupil progress and offer valuable feedback to staff.
- Uphold safeguarding and promote pupils’ wellbeing at all times.
Requirements for the role of Primary Teaching Assistant:
- Experience working with children in a school or educational setting (desirable).
- A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine enthusiasm for helping pupils achieve their best.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- A full CV covering the last 10 years with explanations for any gaps.
