Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher looking for a rewarding part-time role from January?
GSL Education are working with a highly regarded and welcoming primary school in Loughton, seeking a passionate and creative teacher to join their Key Stage 1 team on a job share basis until the end of the academic year.

The Role:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge Key Stage 1 pupils

Share class responsibilities with a job share partner to ensure continuity and consistency for pupils

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and colleagues to support all learners

Assess, track, and monitor pupil progress in line with school policies

Contribute to the wider school community and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers
About You:
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in Key Stage 1

Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective classroom practice
-
A positive, nurturing, and reflective teaching style
-
Excellent communication and organisational skills

A collaborative and flexible approach to working as part of a job share
