Are you a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse looking for flexible work in Chelmsford and the surrounding areas?
GSL Education are currently recruiting passionate Early Years professionals to join our growing team and support a number of welcoming and well-regarded day nurseries across Essex.

The Role:

Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0–5 years

Support children’s development through play, planned activities, and daily routines

Work effectively as part of a team to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment

Follow each nursery’s policies and practices, ensuring the wellbeing of every child

Communicate positively with children, staff, and parents
About You:

A minimum of a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (or equivalent)

Experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting
-
A caring, reliable, and adaptable approach
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
An understanding of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
