Learning Support Assistant
Pay: £90 – £120 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Full-Time | Monday – Friday

What the Role Involves

Providing 1:1 and group support for pupils with special educational needs.

Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management.

Helping students stay focused, confident, and engaged throughout the school day.

Encouraging social, emotional, and academic development.

Promoting inclusion and wellbeing across the school environment.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant, SEN TA, or in a similar support role (desirable but not essential).

A caring, patient, and positive attitude.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
