Pay Rate: £90 – £120 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

Your Key Responsibilities
In this rewarding SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will:

Provide 1:1 and group support for pupils with SEN, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD).

Work closely with teachers to adapt and deliver engaging learning activities that meet individual needs.

Encourage positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and self-confidence.

Support communication and social development through patience and creative approaches.

Contribute to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment.

Collaborate with the wider SEN team, therapists, and families to ensure the best possible outcomes.
What You’ll Need
To excel as a SEN Teaching Assistant, you should have:

Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (in school, care, or community settings).

Excellent communication and empathy skills.

A proactive, calm, and resilient attitude.

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.

An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
