Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher looking for a new part-time opportunity in the new year?
GSL Education are delighted to be working with a well-regarded primary school in Loughton, who are seeking an experienced and passionate teacher to join their friendly team from January until the end of the academic year.

The Role:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons to inspire and challenge pupils in Key Stage 1

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners

Work closely with the parallel class teacher and support staff to ensure consistency and progress across the year group

Assess, record, and track pupil achievement in line with school policy

Contribute to the wider life of the school, attending meetings and events where required
About You:
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in KS1

Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
-
A nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting young learners
-
Excellent classroom management and communication skills

A team player with a commitment to high standards and pupil progress
