Job Title: Teacher (Day to Day)
Location: Doncaster
Pay Rate: £140 – £190 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day

GSL Education are seeking dedicated Day-to-Day Teachers to join a range of supportive primary and secondary schools across Doncaster. This role is ideal for enthusiastic educators who thrive in dynamic environments, ensuring continuity of learning and engaging pupils in meaningful lessons.

As a Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects and year groups.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a positive and respectful learning atmosphere.
  • Support pupils in achieving learning objectives and adapting to different classroom settings.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff to maintain high teaching standards.
  • Provide feedback and maintain accurate records of pupil progress and classroom activity.

Requirements for Teacher (Day to Day):

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work across different schools and key stages.
  • Enthusiasm for supporting pupils’ academic and personal development.
  • An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
  • A full CV covering the last 10 years, with explanations for any gaps.
