Job Title: Exam Invigilator
Location: Armthorpe
Pay Rate: £13 – £15 per hour (depending on qualification & experience)

Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term | Full-time / Part-time

GSL Education are looking for Exam Invigilators to join a supportive school in Armthorpe. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and reliable, ensuring exams are conducted smoothly, securely, and in line with school and examination board regulations.
As an Exam Invigilator, you will:
- Supervise students during examinations, ensuring all rules and procedures are followed.
- Prepare the exam hall by setting up materials and ensuring an appropriate environment.
- Distribute and collect exam papers and materials efficiently.
- Monitor students throughout the exam to prevent any malpractice.
- Provide assistance where permitted and respond promptly to any irregularities.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold examination integrity at all times.
Requirements for Exam Invigilator:
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain focused for extended periods.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Punctuality, reliability, and professionalism.
- Previous experience in a school or invigilation setting is desirable but not essential.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- A full CV covering the last 10 years, with explanations for any gaps.
