Job Title: English Graduate
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Pay: £100 - £130 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are seeking an enthusiastic English Graduate to join a school in Chelmsford. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support students in developing their reading, writing, and analytical skills while fostering a love of English.
Responsibilities of the English Graduate:
- Deliver engaging English activities that support reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
- Assist students in developing critical thinking and analytical abilities.
- Prepare and organise learning materials for both individual and group sessions.
- Encourage participation and confidence in class discussions and writing tasks.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Requirements:
- Degree in English, Literature, or a related field.
- Strong passion for supporting students’ learning and development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in teaching or supporting English learning is desirable but not essential.
- Adaptable, patient, and committed to helping students achieve their potential.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
