Psychology Graduate – Secondary School Cover Supervisor – Maldon
Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain valuable experience working with young people? An excellent secondary school in Maldon is seeking an enthusiastic Psychology graduate to join their team as a Cover Supervisor, starting as soon as possible.
This is a fantastic opportunity to use your understanding of behaviour and learning to support students across a variety of subjects. You’ll be supervising classes during teacher absences, delivering pre-set lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring a positive learning environment.
The role offers the perfect stepping stone for graduates considering a career in teaching, educational psychology, or youth work, with full support and training provided on the job.
The ideal candidate will:

Hold a degree in Psychology or a related subject

Have strong communication and classroom management skills

Be confident, patient, and adaptable
