Salary: £88.92 - £95 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will support the daily care and learning of children aged 0–5, helping them to explore, develop, and thrive. You will work closely with the nursery team to deliver activities that meet individual developmental needs, contribute to a stimulating environment, and ensure all children feel secure and supported.
Responsibilities

Support children’s learning and development through structured and free-play activities.

Assist with daily routines including feeding, nappy changing, and personal care where required.

Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all children.

Observe and record children’s progress, providing feedback to the nursery team and parents.

Support inclusive practice, ensuring all children have equal opportunities to participate.
Qualifications
-
Previous experience working in an early years setting or nursery environment.

Knowledge of child development and early years learning frameworks.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and colleagues.

Ability to adapt activities to meet individual needs.
