Cover Supervisor
Location: Dover, Kent
Salary: £90 - £110 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Full-Time, Part-Time, Term-Time Only

A Cover Supervisor’s Responsibilities:
- Supervising lessons across a variety of subjects
- Managing behaviour and following the school’s behaviour policy
- Supporting student engagement and progress
- Providing brief feedback to staff after lessons
- Maintaining a professional and positive classroom environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a school or youth setting preferred.
- Confident classroom presence with excellent behaviour management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students aged 11–16.
- Flexibility, reliability, and strong communication skills.
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK – sponsorship is not available for this role.
- Enhanced child workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
- Be able to provide professional references covering the last 2 years.
