  • Supporting pupils in Year 1 and Year 2 with their learning, both in groups and individually

  • Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons

  • Encouraging positive behaviour and helping pupils build confidence and independence

  • Preparing resources and supporting classroom organisation

  • Promoting inclusion and ensuring every child feels valued and supported

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced working with children in a school or similar setting (KS1 experience preferred)

  • Patient, nurturing, and committed to supporting children’s academic and emotional development

  • Confident working as part of a team and taking initiative when needed
